Our Mission

Here at The Color Platform, we want you to feel your very best and be confident in your new look. We offer a wide variety of services, with a unique focus in color. Our team strives to offer you the latest hair trends and techniques while making you feel relaxed and comfortable. We pride ourselves on our welcoming environment and exceptional customer service. Cancellation

We value your time and want to give you the best service possible. For these reasons we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. In the event that you cancel/reschedule or do not show up to your appointment without giving us the proper notice. We reserve the right to ask you to either place a deposit before you book or be charged 50% of the services you were booked for. This policy also applies to those who abuse the cancellation terms. Thank you for understanding


Health & Safety

The health and safety of our clients, family, and friends is our number one priority. In order to continue to operate safely, we ask that you self-monitor. If you are feeling under the weather, running a fever, or have tested positive, etc. Please refrain from coming into the salon and call to cancel your appointment.


Age Restriction

In order to preserve the safety and well being of your child while ensuring top quality services, the following age restrictions have been implemented.

  • Any child 18 years or younger receiving a color service must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian

  • No lightening services for children 12 years or under

  • No amino acid or keratin treatments 16 years or under


Late

In order for us to offer the best possible service. We ask that you arrive 5-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If by chance you are running late, please be aware we may not be able to provide your scheduled services. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may have to forfeit your appointment all together. If this occurs, you will be charged according to our cancellation/no show policy.


Retail

We appreciate you supporting our small business, and helping us guarantee the services we have provided, with your purchase of our quality salon products. For this reason, when purchasing retail, we will not give a refund if you are not satisfied with the product. We will accept a return up to two weeks after your purchase and offer you a credit to use toward another retail product.


satisfaction Guarantee

The Color Platform team wants nothing more than to please you. For this reason, we offer a two-week satisfaction guarantee. Within the first two weeks following your appointment with us, if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to have you come in free of charge. We will promptly try and correct the issue. Our goal is always to make sure you feel your very best. Please understand that this correction must be within reason. We are happy to adjust color and haircuts free of charge to make you happy, however we will not completely change a color or a haircut because you have changed your mind. Those types of changes will require a new appointment.
